This Privacy Policy is part of the Public Offer (“Agreement”) entered into between you and “Provider”. Unless otherwise stated, the terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Public Offer Agreement.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By opening or viewing this Website and using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you must not use this Website.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and you agree that by opening or viewing the Website and using the Services at any time after changes are made, you confirm your agreement with the new version of the Privacy Policy.

After registration, you can choose the type of Ordage.com subscription plan you wish to use.

● Communicate with you regarding the operation of the Website or your Account, including via email and sending you web notifications (GDPR 6.1.b);
● Analyze the performance of our website in our legitimate interests (GDPR 6.1.f);
● After obtaining your consent, send you marketing or promotional materials (GDPR 6.1.a).

We will retain your Account data, including categories from the sections listed below (Website features and technical support), as long as your Account is active. If it becomes inactive, we will delete or anonymize your information 12 months after your last user session.

2. Services

2.1. To start using the Services, you must create an Account. To create an Account, you must provide us with your email address and phone number. You will also need to authorize through your Google Account.
2.2. When creating an Account, you are not required to provide us with any official information about the legal entity for which you create the Account. However, by opening an Account on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are its duly authorized representative and have the right to do so.
2.3. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, you can access the Services (access to the goods and production accounting tool) on the Website under the terms set forth in this Agreement and on other pages of the Website.
2.5. The Services you can access for goods and production accounting include, but are not limited to:2.5.1. Providing the ability to create accounts for goods and production accounting in the system.2.5.2. Managing access levels for other users, allowing for granting or restricting access rights to various features and data.2.5.3. The ability to import data from a spreadsheet for easy creation and updating of user accounts in the system.2.5.4. Entering and accounting for information about revenues, expenses, and transfer operations in the accounting system.2.5.5. Entering and tracking information about accounts payable and receivable in the accounting system.2.5.6. Integration with the financial accounting service Finmap, providing users with access to the functionality of this service through their own accounts. Connection to this integration is only possible for the account owner and provides access to financial data exchange between services.
2.6. The exact scope of the Services provided will be available on the Website's page dedicated to subscription plans.
2.7. The Provider offers you Services via the Website following one of your chosen subscription plans. The Provider reserves the right to change the content and price of any subscription plan at any time. In this case, changes will apply to you from the next billing period.
2.8. The Services are not consulting services. The Company is not responsible for the results of your use of the Services.

3. Free Trial

3.1. After opening an account, you will gain access to some Services free of charge for a period of 7 days.

3.2. The list of Services available during the free trial period may be changed by the Provider.

4. Payment for Services

4.1. After the free trial period, the Services are provided on a paid basis. The Provider will not issue invoices for the Services.  
4.2. The Services are provided on a subscription basis. This means you must prepay for the Services in full (100%) according to the subscription plan you choose.  
4.3. The subscription plans available on the Website are part of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, they may be unilaterally changed by the Provider at any time by posting updated information on the Website. We will notify you of such changes by posting a notice on the Website or sending you an email (if necessary).  
4.4. After a subscription plan is changed, these changes will take effect from the next billing period.  
4.5. A subscription is considered active from the moment of payment. The first payment for the subscription will initiate the billing period you select when ordering the subscription (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year).  
4.6. At the end of the billing period, the subscription will automatically renew for the next billing period, with the duration being the same as the previous billing period. You can disable the automatic renewal feature in your account.  
4.7. If the Provider is unable to charge you for the subscription, your access to the Services will be temporarily suspended. Your access will be restored as soon as you pay for the Services.  
4.8. You can cancel your subscription to the Services by disabling the automatic renewal feature in your account. In this case, you will have access to the Services until the end of the current billing period.  
4.9. The Provider does not refund any unused portion of the subscription.  
4.10. We will only issue refunds if you have been billed twice for the same billing period due to a technical error. To request a refund, please contact us at moc.egadro%40ofni within 14 days of the erroneous payment. No other refunds will be issued.  
4.11. Payment for the Services is made using the payment methods available on the Website. Payments are processed by a third-party payment service Provider. This means that we do not collect or process your payment information.

5. Technical Support for Users

If you have questions about the functionality of the Website or the use of the Services, you can submit an inquiry on the Website by filling out a request form. You must provide us with your name, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for us to communicate with you regarding your inquiry and to identify the current solution.

The retention period is the same as that of the account data.

7. Liability

7.1. Breach of the agreement between us will result in liability unless otherwise stated here.

7.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
7.2.1. the accuracy, completeness of the Website or its Content (as defined below);
7.2.2. the accuracy, completeness, or content of any websites linked to the Website (via hyperlinks, banner ads, or otherwise);
7.2.3. any property damage of any kind related to the use of the Website;
7.2.4. the behavior of third parties;
7.2.5. any unauthorized access or use of the Company’s servers and/or any Content, personal information, or other information and data stored, unless such unauthorized access occurred directly due to the Company’s behavior;

10.4. While the Provider cannot guarantee complete security of the information you provide when creating and using a sub-account for a legal entity, we make every effort to ensure its security. Specifically, we utilize 256-bit SSL encryption and store data with secure cloud service providers.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. You and the Provider will attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiations.

11.3. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days from the start of negotiations, it will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

12. Term and Termination of this Agreement

12.1. This agreement comes into effect upon your acceptance of the Agreement.

12.2. Once an Account is created, the legal agreement offered in this Agreement is deemed accepted "as is" and will remain in effect until (i) you do not have an active Account or (ii) after its deletion until all contractual obligations between us are fulfilled.

12.3. You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account.

12.4. The Provider may terminate this agreement by notifying you on the Website or via email at any time.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. The Provider may change the terms of this Agreement at any time. In such cases, your continued use of the Website and Services will mean that you agree to the new terms of the Agreement and the new contract between us. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Website or by sending you an email (if necessary).

13.2. Any matters not governed by this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

13.3. This Proposal, the Privacy Policy, Consent for Newsletter Distribution, Support Rules, any other notices and disclaimers on the Website constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding your use of the Services.
